Biography
Mateo Morales is an experienced business lawyer serving clients throughout the New York metropolitan area. He handles both transactional and litigation matters for companies in a wide range of industries. For more than 20 years, He has given small and large businesses the comprehensive legal support they need to achieve their goals.
A prime focus of his work is providing legal guidance during the business formation process. His background and knowledge of the relevant laws give startups an advantage as they look to select the proper legal entity and address other challenges that accompany the launch of a new venture. By assisting with the drafting of organizational documents, compliance with state and federal regulations, the negotiation of partnership agreements and other crucial matters, he has built long-term relationships with numerous emerging companies.
Away from the office, he helps young entrepreneurs in his volunteer work for the Junior Achievement program of Somerset County. He has three children and lives with his family in New Jersey where he also enjoys playing tennis and going to the beach.
